This is a precision engineering job which requires dedicated design software to do it perfectly. There are 3 kinds of Overlay in Industrial Instruments.
(1) Polyurethane overlay with colour printed Icon, Legend & Transparent Windows without any printed circuit board back-up. These are suitable for Instruments which are not operated from the Front Panel.
(2) Polyurethane overlay with colour printed Icon, Legend & Transperent Windows with printed circuit board back-up. We’ll design the Overlay and also the back-up electronics printed circuit board.
